Trial run at meal prepping! It was a success, didn't take long, and was lots of fun. The sauce is Bragg Liquid Aminos (in place of soy sauce), Sriracha, honey, garlic and ginger. Added some brown sesame seeds to the salmon and crushed cashews to the veggies. The rice is jade pearl rice.
