Day 30 – Failed
That is all.
And so I am consoling myself with reading. I haven’t picked up a book or my Kindle since the beginning of November, and I’ve really missed it. I’ve had an urge, a constant inner nagging, to read some fantasy (it’s been too long!) and so I bought three new titles from three authors I haven’t read before – Jacqueline Carey, Karen Miller and Peter V Brett. Because of the length of a lot of the kind of books I read, I think four books a month is a good objective, but my current reading list is low for this year. I need to read another 10 by the end of December to meet it. Another target to miss. Hurrah!
